A non refundable deposit of £75 is required for each week to secure your booking.
The balance of the total rent is due 6 weeks before your holiday.
A confirmation Invoice detailing the balance due will be sent.
On receipt of your final payment details will be sent to you with
directions and details of key collection. If the balance of the
total rent remains unpaid, the property may be re-let and the
deposit payment will be forfeited. Cheques - money orders - postal
orders and bankers drafts accepted.
- Short-Notice Bookings
Booking early is best for securing your preferred choice, but
if you are booking within 6 weeks of your holiday, please remember
that we will need full payment of your holiday rental.
If a holidaymaker cancels within the six weeks prior to taking
up the let, having given due notice to us in writing, we shall
do our utmost to re-let the property .If we are able to do so
we shall refund the balance of any rent paid less the deposit
of £75. If the holidaymaker cancels a booking and we are unable
to re-let the property, the holidaymaker is still responsible
for the balance of rent due if this has not already been paid.
Non payment of the balance of the rent will be treated as a cancellation
and the deposit payment will be forfeited.
Acceptance and Confirmation of your Booking is subject to the following
- Accommodation Capacity
As a condition of our insurance no more than the maximum number
of persons stated in the booking form may occupy the property, cottage sleeps 5..
- Arrival & Departure Times
Visitors are requested to arrive after 4 pm - please do not arrive
early as time is needed to thoroughly clean and check cottages
between lets. Properties should be left in a clean and tidy condition
and vacated by 10 am on the Saturday morning of departure.
- Balance of Payment
Full Payment of holiday home rental cost must be made to us, no
later than six weeks prior to rental commencement date.
- Bed Linen & towels
Bed linen and towels are supplied free of charge in each holiday
home When a holiday home is being rented for more than one week
extra bed linen and towels will be provided.
Complaints should be brought to the attention of the Site Manager,
All damages and breakage's are the responsibility of the Hirer,
and their cost shall be refundable on demand. However,
minor damage or breakages will not normally be charged.
The price of the weekly rental includes electricity and central
heating. There is a wood burning stove in the lounge with a starter
pack of fuel.
It is strongly recommended that clients take out holiday insurance
to cover the possibility of cancellation charge.
We are unable to accept any liability for any loss, damage, expense,
accident, injury or inconvenience whether to person or property
which the applicant or any other person may suffer or sustain
arising out of or in respect of any letting.
Whilst we welcome up to 2 well behaved animals at an extra cost of
£10 per pet, they must not be allowed on the beds or
furniture and must not be left alone in the cottages. If pets are found unaccompanied in the cottage you will be asked to vacate the property immediately. If you're pet incurs any damage to the property or it's contents you will be asked to reimburse Cally Estate Holiday Lets. All animals accompaining guests to the cottages must be paid for and not exceed the stated amount. (this applies to ALL animals using the cottage facilities and garden area)
- Please bear in mind that Cromald cottages are located on a working farm, and dogs must be
kept on a lead at all times, and we ask you not to walk through fields with livestock in them as
animals are wild and unpredictacle and we can not garantee your safety.
We operate a policy of no smoking in the cottages.
Whilst every effort has been taken to ensure accuracy in the compilation
and checking of information, we cannot accept responsibility for
any errors or omissions.
No Ball games
- no ball games are permitted in the gardens or on the gravel parking area.
